Erasmus + Youth Exchange program ​“The Heart of Change: Vocation in Movement” is an International Youth exchange that took place in Essertfallon - Canton of Jura in Switzerland in November 2019. Another edition will take place in June 2022. This international Youth Exchange co-funded by Movetia Foundationand Erasmus + combined a multi-faceted comprehensive approach to guide participants’ towards a sustainable personal, professional and social life. Participants spent time in Nature, developed body awareness with the Yoga program, unveiled their talents and Authentic Vocation and learnt technical tools to design Sustainable Action Plans. Open to young people between 18 and 30 y.o. and group leaders (one for each country) with no age limit, from Switzerland, Italy, Germany and The Netherlands, this very affordable course provided participants with a comprehensive, holistic and non-formal approach to one's life quest.
